When I think of the perfect breakfast, it must include two things: fresh fruit and peanut butter. I grew up eating cereal for breakfast, as a school snack, and a late night sweet treat. I was shocked when I got older to see how many artificial ingredients were in some of my most loved cereals. I created this recipe because I wanted the taste of real, natural peanut butter in cereal instead of artificial flavors and refined sugar. It’s sweet, crunchy, and loaded with peanut butter.
